Hello, I am Letizzia Wastavino, MSc.
I am a Certified Anusara® Yoga Teacher and an active member of the Anusara School of Hatha Yoga. I was born and raised in Santiago, Chile, but I had lived in the United States, Canada, and since 2013 in Austria.
I am based in Klosterneuburg, Austria, where I co-lead Trimotion-Zentrum, a space dedicated to the holistic well-being of our community. At Trimotion-Zentrum, we focus on helping people achieve balance and health through yoga, functional movement, shiatsu, and mindful practices. My offerings there, include therapeutic yoga classes, alignment-focused yoga as well as chair yoga for those with more specific needs. In addition to group classes, I also offer personalized private yoga sessions tailored to each individual’s unique requirements, ensuring a more intimate, supportive, and individualized approach to wellness.

Sciences present too
With a background in physics, I bring a unique perspective to my teaching by integrating biomechanics and functional movement into my classes. This allows me to offer a practice that is both precise and accessible for every body. I began my yoga journey at 15, and have been teaching since 2011. Over the years, I’ve been fortunate to study under renowned Anusara teachers such as Barrie Risman, Noah Maze and Adam Ballenger. I’ve also participated in workshops and teacher trainings with experts like Martin Kirk, Doug Keller, Jordan Bloom and Todd Norian, deepening my understanding of therapeutic yoga. My commitment to continually exploring functional movement, fascia, and biomechanics comes from my desire to always ensure that what I teach is grounded in solid scientific knowledge. This is why I stay dedicated to my ongoing studies, always striving to offer my students the most informed, effective, and safe practice possible.
My Passion
As a Certified Anusara® Yoga Teacher Trainer, I’ve walked a path of deep learning, heartfelt dedication, and ongoing growth. This role is about much more than teaching poses—it’s about honoring the body, nurturing the heart, and sharing the rich wisdom of yoga in a way that uplifts and empowers. Becoming L3- Certified teacher, meant completing over 500 hours of training, years of teaching experience, and a deep dive into alignment, anatomy, philosophy, and the art of holding space for others.
Anusara Yoga is rooted in non-dual Tantric philosophy and is known for its focus on precise alignment, heart-centered themes, and an uplifting, inclusive approach to practice. What makes it unique is how it blends biomechanical principles with spiritual intention, helping students feel strong, safe, and deeply connected—both physically and emotionally.
As a Teacher Trainer, I’m qualified not only to teach Anusara yoga but also to train and certify future Anusara teachers. This role allows me to support new teachers through their certification journey—helping them grow their personal practice, develop their teaching voice, and embody the principles of Anusara Yoga with integrity and care. It’s an honor to play a part in shaping the future of our community. It’s incredibly meaningful to witness their evolution and to know I’m contributing to the next generation of teachers with care and integrity. I see this work as a lifelong path—of learning, reflecting, and showing up with presence and love.
Teaching, for me, is not just a profession—it’s a practice of the heart.
My teaching focuses on precise alignment and therapeutic approaches, aiming to empower my students to connect with their bodies and inner selves. I offer classes in English, with some sessions in German, and have experience teaching chair yoga for individuals with low mobility. Whether in a group setting or one-on-one, I strive to create an environment where students can feel supported, safe, and inspired to explore their full potential.
In addition to teaching, I’ve been the Austria Country Coordinator for the Anusara School of Hatha Yoga since 2016, and I I’m honored to be the current Vice President of its Board of Directors. This role is close to my heart, as I care deeply about our community and the essence of the Anusara method. My goal is to support the school’s growth in a way that is grounded, inclusive, and true to its heart-centered values. Through this work, I have the joy of connecting with dedicated teachers and students around the world, and helping to ensure that the beauty and wisdom of Anusara Yoga continues to be shared with warmth, integrity, and inspiration. It’s a privilege to contribute to the evolution of our global community and to help carry this path forward with love and purpose.
Yoga has always been my companion, my teacher, and my friend—offering me steady support and inspiration through every chapter of my life. Anusara Yoga, with its beautiful combination of alignment, heart-centered philosophy, and respect for each person’s unique experience, continues to deepen my own journey. As a teacher, I’m truly honored to share this transformative practice with others. I believe deeply in the power of connection and community, and I bring my warmth and joyful personality to each class. My hope is that you feel at home on the mat, inspired to connect more deeply with yourself and your practice.
Whether you’re brand new to yoga or looking to rediscover your practice, I invite you to join me in class. Together, we’ll explore movement, breath, and awareness in a way that nurtures both your body and your heart. Let’s create space for growth, healing, and a deeper connection to yourself and the world around you—while sharing a few smiles along the way.

Thank you so much for the yoga guidance you shared some time ago. Your exercises made a real difference—my back pain has improved so much, and I feel stronger and more connected to my body. Your calm and caring approach truly inspired me. Grateful for your wisdom and generosity!
