I was born in Chile, and I hold a Master’s degree in Physics from the Universidad de Chile. My journey into yoga started when I was just 15 years old, and since then, yoga has been a constant companion and guide in my life.
In 2005, I moved to Princeton, USA, where I deepened my yoga practice under the guidance of incredible teachers, particularly in the Iyengar tradition. Later, in 2010, I moved to Montreal, where I trained under renowned Anusara teachers like Barrie Risman, Noah Maze, Todd Norian, and Robin Golt. Anusara Yoga became a natural fit for me because of its heart-centered philosophy and its deep respect for the body, mind, and spirit.
In 2013, I moved to Austria with my family and in January 2016 co-founded Trimotion-Zentrum a wellness studio located in the heart of Klosterneuburg. At Trimotion, I offer weekly yoga classes that are rooted in therapeutic alignment and functional movement. My background in physics has always influenced my teaching, and I integrate biomechanics into my practice to ensure it is accessible, precise, and safe for all levels.
Beyond my teaching at Trimotion, I have a strong commitment to the Anusara community. Since 2016, I’ve served as the Austria Country Coordinator for the Anusara School of Hatha Yoga, and I’m honored to be the Vice President of its Board of Directors. My role allows me to work closely with the Anusara community to help guide its growth while staying true to the heart-centered values that make this method so special.
In 2018, I joined the World Spine Care Yoga Project and had the privilege of traveling to Botswana to teach chair yoga. Since then, I’ve been focusing on bringing the benefits of yoga to those with limited mobility, seniors, and anyone in need of a supportive and healing practice.
Yoga is a lifelong journey of growth, and I am passionate about sharing its transformative power with others. Whether in my classes or through my work with the Anusara community, my goal is to guide people to connect with their bodies and their hearts.
I’m fluent in Spanish and English, and as for German… let’s just say we’re still in the ‘getting to know each other’ phase. But I manage to get by—though I may occasionally mix up a word or two for some extra laughs!
I would be delighted to have you join me on the mat, where you can find a space of warmth, support, and transformation. No matter where you are on your yoga journey, there’s always room for you to explore, grow, and discover the beauty within yourself. I look forward to welcoming you into the practice and sharing this incredible journey together!
